Efrain is a licensed and highly qualified Massage Therapist that has been practicing for over 15 years. His focus is on emotional, and physical trauma stored in the body. He has a deep understanding of the anatomy of the human body and is an excellent resource for acute or chronic pain. His preferred massage technique is deep tissue and trigger point therapy, which is excellent for athletes or anyone experiencing muscle soreness or pain. His massages are therapeutically focused and instead of using a generic routine, he listens and feels subtle nuances that your body communicates during the session to guide his deep technical knowledge and technique, resulting in healing for injured or overworked muscles.

Carmen is an expert in many massages and manual therapy techniques aimed at restoring functional movement, increasing performance and recovery, and decreasing chronic pain. While assessing the muscles during the warm-up phase of the massage, she uses her knowledge and intuition to decide the best approach for the client. Carmen says; “I truly believe massage can help to restore our bodies back to health and improve feelings of relaxation and well-being. Mey is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience. She uses Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy and Stretching techniques to enhance the depth of her work. Using slow, deep strokes of myofascial techniques, her approach is highly effective without incurring pain during the treatment. She is highly trained and experienced, resulting in a deep anatomical knowledge that guides her approach. Her greatest joy as a massage therapist is helping people with debilitating pain to help them back to an active lifestyle for health and fitness.
